Since genetic research first got its start in the world, there have been many developments that have had a significant impact on medicine and the treatment of all different kinds of diseases. By simple analyzing a DNA sample of a person, a scientist is able to identify certain defective or mutated genes which can cause these conditions to occur in the first place.
